Quick and Easy Tips on How You Can Daily Take Care of Your Skin


OK people. Here are some quick and easy tips on how you can daily take care of your skin

·         Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
·         Eat healthy vegetables that are rich in vitamin A & C.
·         Wash your face twice by using good face wash and good skin repair moisturizer for your skin.
·         Take honey mixed in water early morning. It helps the skin to glow.
·         Take one glass of carrot or apple juice every day.
·         Avoid sun exposure. If out in sun, use good sunscreen lotion to protect your skin.



·         Take 8-9 hours of sleep regularly for a healthier skin.
·         Drink milk and meat.
·         Massage your hair twice a week with almond or olive oil.
·         Do regular exercise.
·         Don’t stress too much.
Before sleeping, do proper cleansing of your skin.
