Tips for Glowing Skin

Women of all ages want to have a clearer, brighter and glowing skin. Here I list down some common skin care mistakes that darken our skin complexion:

Improper Diet:
One of the major causes of skin damage is bad or improper diet. When we intake food that does not have any nutritional value, our skin reacts and push out all the toxic materials. Add vegetables in your everyday meal and if your skin looks dull then don’t take bread or pasta, noodles.

Sunscreen:
Using sunscreen in all weathers whether winter or summers is very important. Exposure in sun causes wrinkles and age spots. Choose a sunscreen that contains ingredients to help control oil in your skin.

Cleansing:
Before sleeping, it is necessary to wash away dirt and other bacteria from your face. After washing your face, use any good skin repair cream.

Excessive Exfoliation:
Exfoliation helps your skin to glow and remain healthy. However excessive use of scrubbing and exfoliation is also harmful as it takes away the necessary moisture from the skin and make your skin paper thin. Don’t exfoliate more than twice a week.

Discover Beauty within Yourself...

Beauty is like a trail that very few have attained but many of them have pursued. It is an aspiration that is nurtured by everyone and yet many of them do not even have a glimpse of it. Being beautiful is more of a spirit then of the body.

A person’s face is the key to his beautiful soul. Your face looks healthy and fresh when you take care of it naturally. A natural skin care routine helps you to do wonders on your skin and keeps your skin glowing and fresh. It does not require plenty of time; instead only require few ingredients like coffee beans for natural skin care.

Start by mixing coffee beans and almond oil or coconut oil and mix it. Apply it to your face and hands and leave it for some time. Then wash away after sometime before taking bath. Then take juice of two tomatoes and apply it on your hands and feet. Leave it for 10-15 minutes then take some grounded dates and mix it onto remaining tomato juice and use it as an exfoliator. Rub it until it removes all the traces of dead cells from your hands or feet. Wipe off with warm water. Apply good natural ingredient moisturizer after that.

Seasonally Make up Tips

All the beautiful girls following my blog, here are some make up tips for summer season. In summers, it is more difficult to keep your skin and your makeup fresh because of stickiness, greasy and oily skin texture. You must spend extra time on your skin to make it look glowing and fresh. In summers, I would advise you to use natural skin care products to preserve your skin from any damage caused because of the scorching heat.

The best foundation for summers is pan stick foundation. It reduces the chances of itchiness and blotchiness in summers. Therefore it is advisable to keep compact powder with you everywhere and apply it after regular intervals to give a fresh and neat look to your skin. Compact powder reduces moisture in the skin and absorbs sweat and other ingredients. If sweating persists, it leads to friction and loss of minerals on the skin.

Besides compact and foundation, blush on with pastel color can be used for highlighting the cheek bone and eyes. Prefer to use light shades, they give soothing and cool effect in summers. Try out water proof mascara, cream eye shadows can be best to use in this summer. They stay longer. Glossy lipsticks and pastel shades are also popular.
