Yes! Coffee mixed with chocolate is beneficial for skin. Chocolate contains copper that is used as a skin firming agent. It has anti-aging qualities that soften your skin and reduce sign of aging. Coffee and chocolate when mixed together forms an anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant substance. It deep clean your skin and moisture your skin.

Take one tablespoon coffee (crush it in powder form), One tablespoon chocolate (crushed), One tablespoon honey, heavy cream or yogurt to make paste. Mix them altogether before applying it to skin. Leave it for 20-30 minutes. Rinse well with warm water. Towels dry your skin afterwards.

If used regularly, this mask has good effects on your skin, keeping it healthy and fresh for a longer period of time. The best thing I love about this mask is if you accidentally lick it, it tastes just yummmmmyyyyy…. <3

Discover Beauty within Yourself...

Beauty is like a trail that very few have attained but many of them have pursued. It is an aspiration that is nurtured by everyone and yet many of them do not even have a glimpse of it. Being beautiful is more of a spirit then of the body.

A person’s face is the key to his beautiful soul. Your face looks healthy and fresh when you take care of it naturally. A natural skin care routine helps you to do wonders on your skin and keeps your skin glowing and fresh. It does not require plenty of time; instead only require few ingredients like coffee beans for natural skin care.

Start by mixing coffee beans and almond oil or coconut oil and mix it. Apply it to your face and hands and leave it for some time. Then wash away after sometime before taking bath. Then take juice of two tomatoes and apply it on your hands and feet. Leave it for 10-15 minutes then take some grounded dates and mix it onto remaining tomato juice and use it as an exfoliator. Rub it until it removes all the traces of dead cells from your hands or feet. Wipe off with warm water. Apply good natural ingredient moisturizer after that.

Seasonally Make up Tips

All the beautiful girls following my blog, here are some make up tips for summer season. In summers, it is more difficult to keep your skin and your makeup fresh because of stickiness, greasy and oily skin texture. You must spend extra time on your skin to make it look glowing and fresh. In summers, I would advise you to use natural skin care products to preserve your skin from any damage caused because of the scorching heat.

The best foundation for summers is pan stick foundation. It reduces the chances of itchiness and blotchiness in summers. Therefore it is advisable to keep compact powder with you everywhere and apply it after regular intervals to give a fresh and neat look to your skin. Compact powder reduces moisture in the skin and absorbs sweat and other ingredients. If sweating persists, it leads to friction and loss of minerals on the skin.

Besides compact and foundation, blush on with pastel color can be used for highlighting the cheek bone and eyes. Prefer to use light shades, they give soothing and cool effect in summers. Try out water proof mascara, cream eye shadows can be best to use in this summer. They stay longer. Glossy lipsticks and pastel shades are also popular.

Benefits of Best Sunscreen Lotion

Any sunscreen lotion when applied to the skin helps your skin against damage sun UV rays and hence minimizes skin damage and repair. Apply sun screen lotion at least 30 minutes before going out in sun. For ongoing protection, apply it before and after swimming, sun exposure and near the sea side.

To avoid scorching heat, you can use SPF Sun protection factor. It indicates the protection your skin will have after applying it when your skin is exposed. SPF 15 will protect your skin for 150 minutes while you are out in sun. Sunscreens should be applied again after 3-4 hour as no sunscreen give you long lasting protection. Normally SPF 15 to 20 is fine for women around the world with normal weather conditions. Skin that is sensitive and more prone to pigmentation need SPF 30 and above. For oily skin, you should use low SPF sunscreen as sunscreen lotion itself is oily and can create pimples and acne. For complete protection in sun, use umbrellas, hats and covered clothing.

Children skin is sensitive and more prone to skin burn as compared to adults. Children play outside that’s why they are more prone to sun damages. Children should not be exposed in sunlight. Special sunscreen lotions are available for children, designed according to their skin type.

Skin Care in Summers

Summers are here and this is the time of the year where you can go out and enjoy yourself.  Summers are good to enjoy but they can be disastrous especially for people with oily skin. In summers, sweating and oil secretions increase a lot. They stick on the skin and make it look greasy with dirty pollutants. To make your skin clean and fresh, normal to dry skin people can do cleansing by using any good cleansing cream. People with oily skin should clean their skin by using cleansing milk or lotion. For pimpled skin, medicated cleansing creams should be used.

In summers, after gentle cleansing, you should apply a scrub. Scrubs clean out your skin from any impurity or sweat deposits. You should opt for natural skin care in summers and wash your face plenty of times with water. Any good skin toner can cleanse and refresh your skin. You can use rose water for gentle freshness on your skin. Keep rose water in refrigerator for extra cool effect.
