Oxygen is a symbol for life. It depicts the survival or existence of human beings. Oxygen is necessary for our all body parts but especially for skin.

In today’s busy life schedule, we don’t have much time to take care of our diet or skin. We face stress, long working hours, insomnia, heat, smoke, extreme weathers, pollution and stress. These obstacles block your skin and don’t allow it to breathe.

Your skin also needs to breathe oxygen to live. Therefore I would recommend you to use body moisturizing skin repair scrub for cleansing your skin from dirt and pollution. Good oxygen body moisturizer contains Aloe Vera, Amar Bail and other organic extracts that will nourish and moisturize your skin. This moisturizing cream with hydrating qualities nourishes the skin and improves skin texture. It is specifically good if worked on oily skin in dry weather.

How to Avoid Dry, Chapped Lips

When we constantly lick our lips, we take away the dryness and transfer saliva to them. That saliva eats away the entire skin layer present on lips. To avoid this, you should purchase a good quality lip balm to keep your lips moistened and avoid from being dry or rough. Dry or chapped lips occur because of:

·         Sun damage.
·         Dehydration or lack of water intake.
·         Vitamin deficiency.
·         Excessive use of Vitamin A.
·         Yeast Infection.

To keep your lips moisturized and away from dryness, follow this simple guide:

·         Drink plenty of water.
·         Exercise and follow your nutritional diet.
·         Use a good quality lip balm.
·         Don’t lick the lips.
·         Don’t use itchy or irritating skin care products.
·         Stay away from sunlight.
·         Avoid stress.
