How to Keep your Skin Fresh and Healthy in Winters

Some quick tips to keep your skin fresh and moisturized in winters:

·         As winters arrive most of us stop using sunscreen lotion. Whether summers or winters, our skin need UV protection to help protect skin from wrinkles and aging.  Use sun screen lotion as part of your daily routine.

·         In longer winter nights, you have more time to moisturize your skin when you sleep. Use a hydrating moisturizer that will prevent skin repair and make your skin glow.

·         While in outdoors, your eye skin gets damaged because of sun exposure. Use a moisturizing treatment that will diminish your dark circles, and eye puffiness.

·         To prevent your hairs from dandruff in winters, you can use a balanced Ph balance shampoo with conditioner that will give you flake free hairs.

·         Use any good hydrating moisturizer that reduces sun damage effects on your skin
